As many of you know I will be retiring at the end of October this year. I will occasionally still teach a few classes. Mostly I will be doing First Friday dinners.
Wine Pairing Dinners, We offer Wine Pairing Dinners. We pair 4 Burnt Bridge Cellars wines with 4 courses. I cook while you watch and enjoy the food and wine as you are served each course. Watch the newsletter for new dinners coming in February 2024.

These are the dishes we learned about traveling in Chile. These are not all but some I thought you would enjoy, and that I could turn into a class.
Menu:
Chilean Salad, tomatoes, sweet onion and chiles
Ceviche with Leche de Tigre (lime and coconut milk)
Chilean Salsa with bread
Pastel de Choclo, casserole of beef, currents, chicken, boiled eggs and olives, topped with a ground corn and cream
Chocolate Alfajores, chocolate cookies with dulce de leche and dipped in chocolate
