Pork and Apple Burgers
Burger:
1 lb ground pork
1 apple peeled and grated
½ red onion minced
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
½ cup parmesan cheese
Mix everything together and form into 4 patties.
Assemble:
8 slices of brie
2 cups arugula
2 tbsps Italian salad dressing
4 buns of your choice
Grill burger until it is half cooked, flip and top with brie. Cook until done and brie is melted. Toast buns. Toss greens with dressing. Divide greens between bottom buns, top with burger, top bun and serve.
